The best round chillies are ripened in the Italian sun, then collected and immediately processed with artisan methods, as tradition dictates. They are then emptied by expert hands and their seeds are removed, before being filled with tuna and capers. At this point, the stuffed chillies are carefully placed by hand in glass jars and covered with premium-quality extra-virgin olive oil. A delicious side dish to always keep in the pantry. Perfect to bring to the table on special occasions or to add extra flavour to everyday meals.
